SigEp's Leadership Continuum
Each year, your son has the opportunity to connect with SigEps from all over the nation as part of the Leadership Continuum. This program, paid in full by the Sigma Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation, provides a valuable learning experience for anyone that partakes. If you're interested, check out the four programs- EDGE, Carlson Leadership Academy, Ruck Leadership Institute, and the Tragos Quest to Greece- below.

SigEp should be one the greatest experiences of your life. As such, the
fraternity offers its own innovative program for first-year members,
EDGE. EDGE is about making healthy choices that match your personal
values and those of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Participants build greater
self-awareness about the consequences of their actions and those around
them through interactive discussions and reflective activities.
Participants have fun through challenging experiences as ropes courses,
physical challenges, and activities based upon camaraderie.

The Ruck Leadership Institute is SigEp’s Top Gun leadership program. Only the best of the best are selected to participate, and, for that reason, are recognized as some of SigEp’s top undergraduates.. The Mission of Ruck is to "Teach the Few to Impact the Many." Ruck Scholars return to their chapter with the mentoring skills to push their chapters to the next level, and continue to actively pursue excellence.
This year, the College of William & Mary, the birthplace of the American College Fraternity, will host the Ruck Leadership Institute, July 21-25, 2010.

| The Tragos Quest to Greece is an intense, ten day, journey through ancient Greece in search of SigEp's foundation. During the Quest, you will discuss the Socratic method of teaching in the Agora where Socrates taught, compete in the original Olympic stadium, and study the ritual in Delphi after learning about the Mysteries of Eleusis. The Quest is an exhausting personal and educational experience that will challenge you intellectually, physically and emotionally.
This unique experience is made possible through the generosity of Bill and Lilli Tragos. Their endowment allows for the continued emphasis on classic Greek philosophy, centered on the Balanced Man Ideal of developing a Sound Mind and Sound Body. Brother Tragos and his wife Lilli's gift will benefit SigEp and its brothers for years to come.
